ou ... al...</title><content type='html'>&lt;div class="titulo"&gt;&lt;font color="#003366"&gt;[&lt;/font&gt;desigualdade n&amp;atilde;o est&amp;aacute; s&amp;oacute; no acesso...&lt;font color="#003366"&gt;]&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;ou ... alguns s&amp;atilde;o &lt;i&gt;mais iguais&lt;/i&gt; que os outros.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ser&amp;aacute;?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Redes sociais promovem contatos que s&amp;atilde;o bidirecionais, na maioria das vezes. Para alguns isso &amp;eacute; o ideal, alavanca a colabora&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o, incrementa o crescimento rizom&amp;aacute;tico da rede.  Para os &lt;i&gt;mais iguais&lt;/i&gt;, isso pode significar ter de aceitar "aqueles que n&amp;atilde;o tem nada &amp;agrave; oferecer".&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;De certa forma, as duas vis&amp;otilde;es, especialmente a segunda, centram demais na individualidade do &lt;i&gt;n&amp;oacute;&lt;/i&gt; e n&amp;atilde;o na coletividade da rede ou de partes da rede.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Explicando melhor: um n&amp;oacute; n&amp;atilde;o significa apenas por si s&amp;oacute;, significa pelo movimento/deslocamento que provoca na rede. Uma rede que n&amp;atilde;o seria a mesma semele. Assim, penso que &amp;eacute; problem&amp;aacute;tico dizer que uma determinada conex&amp;atilde;o n&amp;atilde;o interessa, &lt;i&gt;n&amp;atilde;o agrega valor&lt;/i&gt;, &lt;i&gt;n&amp;atilde;o tem nada &amp;agrave; oferecer&lt;/i&gt;, em uma determinada dire&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o.  Qualquer conex&amp;atilde;o pode, no m&amp;iacute;nimo, deformar a rede justamente naquilo que &amp;eacute; necess&amp;aacute;rio para que grandes sinapses sejam criadas.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Por&amp;eacute;m, n&amp;atilde;o me surpreende esta possibilidade de estratifica&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o nas conex&amp;otilde;es que criamos na rede. Elas reproduzem de muitas maneiras as rela&amp;ccedil;&amp;otilde;es/conex&amp;otilde;es materiais.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;Eacute; vis&amp;iacute;vel, hoje, que muitos consideram parte da humanidade descart&amp;aacute;vel, desnecess&amp;aacute;ria, &lt;i&gt;que n&amp;atilde;o agrega valor&lt;/i&gt;. Aquela parte da humanidade que n&amp;atilde;o tem possibilidades de consumir e que n&amp;atilde;o &amp;eacute; necess&amp;aacute;ria na produ&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o.  &lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Os &lt;i&gt;n&amp;atilde;o convidados&lt;/i&gt; para as redes materiais s&amp;atilde;o os &lt;i&gt;ainda menos convidados&lt;/i&gt; para as redes on-line. Justifica e, nisso, concordo com ele, que o conte&amp;uacute;do e a troca de informa&amp;ccedil;&amp;otilde;es, embora importantes, n&amp;atilde;o s&amp;atilde;o os &amp;uacute;nicos determinantes da leitura e da aceita&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o de um blog ou de forma&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o de uma rede social.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Um blog tem valor e se legitima, tamb&amp;eacute;m, pelo seu contexto como totalidade.  Assim, aquele &lt;i&gt;post&lt;/i&gt; meio intimista, que fala do panorama da nossa janela, &amp;eacute; essencial para que a nossa opini&amp;atilde;o sobre uma determinada teoria social fa&amp;ccedil;a &lt;u&gt;sentido&lt;/u&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Aqui, eu lembrei do texto da Janes (mesmo que voc&amp;ecirc;s n&amp;atilde;o saibam quem raios seja a Janes), onde ela traz Vygotsky + Marx para falar dos &lt;i&gt;significados e sentidos&lt;/i&gt; do trabalho para os jovens que estudam e trabalham. Um texto semelhante &amp;agrave; um trecho de minha disserta&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o, onde eu passo por Freire, Bakhtin e Marx para falar de &lt;i&gt;sentido&lt;/i&gt; no contexto das rela&amp;ccedil;&amp;otilde;es estabelecidas por meio de weblogs. Foi uma decis&amp;atilde;o que veio junto com a escolha de fazer uma pesquisa-a&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o cr&amp;iacute;tica. Por&amp;eacute;m, na ocasi&amp;atilde;o eu n&amp;atilde;o sabia por quais caminhos estas decis&amp;otilde;es iniciais me levariam.&lt;br /&gt;Quando aconselhei a Maria Elisa a come&amp;ccedil;ar imediatamente um blog, pois  iria pesquisar sobre eles, eu j&amp;aacute; sabia muito bem o que dizia e, creio eu, ela ir&amp;aacute; comprovar em breve.  Uma grande parte das reflex&amp;otilde;es contidas na minha disserta&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o vieram diretamente dos meus blogs. Hoje eles fazem parte do meu cotidiano, bem do modo como a &lt;a href="http://praticasdevida.blogspot.com/" target="_blank"&gt;Viviane&lt;/a&gt;, numa de nossas rodadas no &lt;a href="http://planeta.terra.com.br/educacao/Gutierrez/blogs/zapt/" target="_blank"&gt;[zaptlogs]&lt;/a&gt; t&amp;atilde;o bem apontou: como uma forma de narrar a mim mesma e poder de algum modo &lt;i&gt;me ler&lt;/i&gt; e me ressignificar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dia 22 defendo a disserta&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o e terei na banca professores, cuja avalia&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o me &amp;eacute; muito importante. Qu&amp;atilde;o verdadeira &amp;eacute; essa afirma&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o&amp;#8230; Existem coisas que s&amp;atilde;o t&amp;atilde;o &amp;oacute;bvias, mas n&amp;oacute;s tendemos a n&amp;atilde;o pensar sobre as mesmas at&amp;eacute; que elas se tornem t&amp;atilde;o aparentes que fica dif&amp;iacute;cil ignorar.&lt;br /&gt;Eu venho lendo blogs por mais de dois anos, e blogando por quase esse mesmo tempo. As rela&amp;ccedil;&amp;otilde;es de neg&amp;oacute;cios entre bibliotecas e editores para comptrar e vender conte&amp;uacute;do, apesar disso, n&amp;atilde;o mudou muito. Em protesto contra os altos custos de subscri&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o para publica&amp;ccedil;&amp;otilde;es, cientistas iniciaram o Acesso Aberto (Open Acess - OA), reposit&amp;oacute;rios de documentos eletr&amp;ocirc;nicos e jornais, que distribuem informa&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o cient&amp;iacute;fica livremente. Apesar da concord&amp;acirc;ncia entre acad&amp;ecirc;micos que o OA poderia ser o modo &amp;oacute;timo de distribui&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o para resultados de pesquisa financiados por recursos p&amp;uacute;blicos, estes canais ainda se constituem num fen&amp;ocirc;meno marginal no sistema acad&amp;ecirc;mico global de comunica&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o. Este texto discute, em vista das experi&amp;ecirc;ncias dos &amp;uacute;ltimos dez anos, as muitas barreiras que impedem a r&amp;aacute;pida prolifera&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o do OA. A discuss&amp;atilde;o &amp;eacute; estruturada de acordo com os mais importantes canais OA; jornais cient&amp;iacute;ficos para publica&amp;ccedil;&amp;atilde;o prim&amp;aacute;ria, reposit&amp;oacute;rios institucionais de assuntos especializados para publica&amp;ccedil;&amp;otilde;es secund&amp;aacute;rias e paralelas. O povo da academia é muito inseguro.
